The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was created to help promote businesses and give them free public exposure! Information about your business is printed in the Mini-Cassia Chamber of Commerce newsletter that has over 500 subscribers as well as the The Times-News and The Weekly Journal. The ribbon cutting consists of a small ceremony by the Chamber with our large ceremonial scissors and red ribbon. The Mini-Cassia Ambassadors assist with scheduling your ceremony and the Chamber staff will take photographs at the ceremony.
The Mini-Cassia Ambassadors is a permanent committee of the Mini-Cassia chamber of Commerce that acts as the publicity and public relations arm of the Chamber. They work together to recognize, promote and serve the Mini-Cassia business community. They are responsible for conducting official ceremonies such as ribbon cuttings, Business Open House functions and groundbreakings. This committee is committed to member retention and recruitment and they act as the Membership Committee, assisting the Chamber Membership Director with member recruitment activities.
The Mini-Cassia Chamber of Commerce is regarded as the ultimate business resource in the Minidoka and Cassia counties.
A member-driven organization, the Chamber regularly assesses the needs of local business owners and executives. Programs, products and events are created to deliver strategic solutions to those needs.

"Mini-Cassia" is short for Minidoka & Cassia County, two neighboring counties located in South-Central Idaho. In 1993 the Rupert and Burley chambers merged to create our Chamber, which now has hundreds of businesses as members and covers all 12 towns in the two-county area. Our Chamber is governed by 12 elected, volunteer directors, who actively create programs to promote the area and benefit local businesses.

We are now seeking businesses that are interested in sponsoring the event, as well as vendors that are seeking to promote their business or product to the hundreds of women that attend the conference. Registration is now open for Chamber members to fill up the vendor spaces.
