Idahoan Foods is a potato processor that has had a plant in Rupert since 2002. The company has five plants and the Rupert facility processes potatoes into flakes, shipping them all over the U.S. and as far as Asia. They have been delivering homemade taste in easy to prepare form to our table for over 50 years. The Rupert plant is in operation 24/7 and employs over 50 local people.
