Southern Idaho Therapy Services (SITS) was established over 30 years ago by Scott Bloxham. SITS offers state of the art equipment and services to assist patients in achieving their personal goals and prior level of function. Current owners are Scott Bloxham, Marie Hernandez, Jeff Baldwin and Davee Mussman; members of the American Physical Therapy Association with 93 years experience combines. SITS provides outpatient services as well as services the therapy needs of the Minidoka Memorial Hospital's Departments of Home Health, Occupational Health Department and Transitional Care. They offer Physical Agility Screening for employers and occupational services to Minidoka Schools and physical therapy to the school's injured athletes. Minidoka High School has students that job shadow, and ISU has interns that train and learn at SITS. Services offered at SITS include Outpatient Physical Therapy, Acute Care Physical Therapy, Long Term Care Physical Therapy, Home Health Physical Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Isokinetic Evaluations, Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Velocity Testing, Industry Ergonomic Consultation, Pre Employment/Post offer employee evaluations and Physical Therapy Services in the school setting. SITS is conveniently located next to the Minidoka Memorial Hospital. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
