CSI Herrett Center - Magic Valley Astronomical Society

3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Special telescopes will be set up at Pomerelle lodge for safe solar viewing. 
Kids can make & launch their own bottle rockets. 
Pomerelle's grill will be open for Mountain Hamburgers, dogs & ice cold beverages.

7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Astronomy Talk

8:30 - 12:00 a.m.
Ride to the top of the triple chair at dusk & view the stars through telescopes. 
Pomerelle Mountain Offers an enhanced opportunity to view the stars.

This is great fun for the entire family!

Cost: 
$8 Chairlift ride - 13 years of age and older.
$5 Chairlift ride - 7 to 12 years of age.
Children 6 years and younger are free when accompanied by a parent.

Remember: DRESS FOR NIGHT TIME MOUNTAIN TEMPERATURES!!
Children must be under parental supervision at all times. 
Please fit all flashlights with a red filter to protect night vision.
