This class will cover the food safety aspects of home preservation, water bath canning, pressure canning, freezing and drying of foods. 

Date: Thursdays, May 20, 27, June 3 and 10, 2010.

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Place: Sage Maountain Grill Yurt, 251 West North Street, Albion

Lab: Saturday, June 12, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.  Held in the Cassia County Extension Office, 1013 West 16th Street, Burley.

Cost: $35.00  (This includes binder, publications and lab supplies)
