The University of Idaho is sponsoring this class that will cover the food safety aspects of home preservation, water bath canning, pressure canning, freezing and drying of foods. Dates: Thursday May 20, 27, and June 3, 10. Time: 6:00pm to 8:00 pm Lab: June 12, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Place: Cassia Conty Extension, 1013 Wet 16th Street, Burley Cost: $35.00 (includes: notebooks, publications and lab supplies) Pre-register: Friday, May 14th, call 878-9461.
