This two day class will be held at March 22 and 23, from 6:00 - 8:30 PM.  Cost is $20.00 per person or $25.00 per couple. 

Classes will be held at the Minidoka County Extension Office, 85 East Baseline Road, Rupert, Idaho.  Pre-register by March 10th.

Participants will learn: * Where our seafood comes from   * Health benefits of eating seafood   * Seafood safety   * Selecting, storing and cooking seafood
