This will be a CAST IRON CHEF BATTLE, with all food provided, including a full pantry, allyou bring is Sprices and Liquids...Test your cooking skills and compete with some of the best in Idaho.  IDOS rules will be used and it will be a 3-pot cook, Main, Bread, and Dessert, cooked in four hours , with the winner eleigible for the World Cook-Off, in Salt Lake City, Ut in March of 2011 (entry fee will be paid for by the Fair board)

Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded for 1st thru 34rd places.  A Novice and Youth contest will also be held at the same time of the main cook-off.
