Prerequisites for this class include knowing how to tune up and play a simple song. Music reading is NOT required. In this class you will learn guitar and music theory, how to build chords, how chords and scales relate to one another. You will also learn how how o improvise and understand song structure. Student must have own acoustic or electric guitar and be willing to dedicate some time each night to home practice.
