Mini-Cassia Leadership is a two-year program sponsored by the Mini-Cassia Chamber of Commerce. Mini-Cassia Leadership is a series of one-day seminars held monthly from September through April for the purpose of giving enrolled participants valuable in-depth information of the inner workings of our community from a variety of perspectives and creating valuable leadership skills. Participants have the opportunity to network with a wide variety of business people and community leaders, as well as learning from experts in select fields. Leadership skills are cultivated and refined throughout the series of seminars with a final wrap-up session challenging each participant to use newly acquired skills and knowledge in positions of leadership and volunteerism in the community. |
