Mini-Cassia Leadership is a two-year program sponsored by the Mini-Cassia Chamber of Commerce. Mini-Cassia Leadership is a series of one-day seminars held monthly from February through June for the purpose of giving enrolled participants valuable in-depth information of the inner workings of our community from a variety of perspectives. Participants have the opportunity to network with a wide variety of business people and community leaders, as well as learning from experts in select fields.

Leadership skills are cultivated and refined throughout the series of seminars with a final wrap-up session challenging each participant to use newly acquired skills and knowledge in positions of leadership and volunteerism in the community.

Second-year participants plan sessions, secure speakers and oversee seminars for the new class of Leadership participants.

To graduate from this program the attendee can miss no more than three (3) sessions, including 1/2 days. However, you may make the meetings you have missed by attending the next year programs.
